Currently we only ship within Malaysia only. Shipping fees depending on the weight of the item and delivery location based on our calculated shipping rate.
Peninsular Malaysia : 2 – 5 business day with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
Sabah / Sarawak : 3 – 7 business day with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
Courier charge will be showing after added the purchase item(s) into shoping cart and check out.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will sent you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam box / junk mail in case it’s there!

We will assist you to check the status of your parcel and claim the refund from Pos Laju and J&T Express. The process of refund will take about 3 months.
The subscription involves recurrent payments.
The yearly subscription allows using the product included in it during one year from the date of purchase. When the year ends, the charges are taken to continue the subscription automatically.
If you’re using a Lifetime plan, the charges will be taken only once, and you’ll be able to use the product from the subscription and receive all the updates without any additional payments or charges taken.

Its up to your choice / convenience either to your home or office address. But please ensure there is someone who would be able to standby at that address by the moment Pos Laju and J&T Express deliver the parcel.
In the event of no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest Pos Laju and J&T Express office or sent back to us.
We WOULD NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due unavailability of customer by the time parcel delivered. You have to bare the shipping cost for second time shipping.
Yes, self-pickup is available in our stores.
